用新化白苦瓜做母本P(2感虫品种),广西野生苦瓜做父本P(1抗虫品种)进行杂交获得F1代。F1代分别与P1、P2回交获得两个回交世代B1和B2,同时F1代自交获得F2代。利用以上六个世代进行田间试验,在田间自然虫源条件下,对苦瓜植株果实抗虫性的遗传进行了研究,结果表明苦瓜对瓜实蝇的抗虫性是数量性状的遗传,符合加性-显性遗传模型,抗瓜实蝇的遗传以加性效应为主。
用新化白苦瓜做母本P(2感蟲品種),廣西野生苦瓜做父本P(1抗蟲品種)進行雜交穫得F1代。F1代分彆與P1、P2迴交穫得兩箇迴交世代B1和B2,同時F1代自交穫得F2代。利用以上六箇世代進行田間試驗,在田間自然蟲源條件下,對苦瓜植株果實抗蟲性的遺傳進行瞭研究,結果錶明苦瓜對瓜實蠅的抗蟲性是數量性狀的遺傳,符閤加性-顯性遺傳模型,抗瓜實蠅的遺傳以加性效應為主。
용신화백고과주모본P(2감충품충),엄서야생고과주부본P(1항충품충)진행잡교획득F1대。F1대분별여P1、P2회교획득량개회교세대B1화B2,동시F1대자교획득F2대。이용이상륙개세대진행전간시험,재전간자연충원조건하,대고과식주과실항충성적유전진행료연구,결과표명고과대과실승적항충성시수량성상적유전,부합가성-현성유전모형,항과실승적유전이가성효응위주。
Xinhua White bitter gourd P1 (insect-resistance variety ) was used as a female parent and wild bitter gourd P2(susceptible variety) was used as male parent, the F1 generation was made.Then F2, B1, B2 were all obtained by self-breeding and backcross. Insect-resistance genetics to fruit flies (Bactrocera cucurtitae) were investigated by using 6 generations in the field under natural infestation. The results showed that insect-resistance genetics to fruit flies (Bactrocera cucurtitae) are appropriate to additive-dominant model and the additive effects were more important than the dominant effects.
