高职院校开设军事理论课程具有重要的意义，但是教师队伍的不强严重制约了课程的实效。在借鉴当前教师专业化理论研究的基础上，针对高职院校军事理论教师专业化的现状，提出了专业化发展的相应路径。
高職院校開設軍事理論課程具有重要的意義，但是教師隊伍的不彊嚴重製約瞭課程的實效。在藉鑒噹前教師專業化理論研究的基礎上，針對高職院校軍事理論教師專業化的現狀，提齣瞭專業化髮展的相應路徑。
고직원교개설군사이론과정구유중요적의의，단시교사대오적불강엄중제약료과정적실효。재차감당전교사전업화이론연구적기출상，침대고직원교군사이론교사전업화적현상，제출료전업화발전적상응로경。
The course of the military theory is of great significance in vocational colleges, but the inadequacy of the teachers＇ competency severely restricts its effectiveness. Based on current theoretical researches on teachers＇ special- ization as well as related situation of the teachers of this course in vocational colleges, this essay presents relevant solutions to their specialized development.
