毕业实习是高职教育的重要教学环节，在分析高职院校毕业实习质量现状及存在问题原因的基础上，从实习规划、实习目标、过程管理，沟通协作、毕业实习评价体系、实习信息反馈等方面，对如何提高毕业实习质量进行了探讨，并提出了相应的对策。

Graduation practice is an important teaching stage in higher vocational education.
