校企联合培养模式的实施必须有合适的载体，现有各种联合培养模式实施的载体各有其利弊。学生自主学习专业团队是校企联合培养模式的一种有效的载体．具有学生兴趣、企业支持、教师指导、规范化管理等特点。它与现有体制兼容．有学校、企业、学生三分共同推行的内在动力。这种以学生自主学习专业团队为载体的模式如果加以有意识的推行并使之覆盖学生主体的大部分．可以成为一种能够有效激发学生学习主观能动性．同时又能够满足大量中小型企业对高等院校人才需求的培养模式。

The implementation of cooperative education mode for undergraduate manufacturing personnel calls for an applicable carrier. Advantages and disadvantages of existing carriers for cooperative education modes are compared in this paper. A novel type of implementation carrier, i.e.student self-directed specialty teams, is proposed. As a feasible carrier for educational mode, its at- tributes and features are defined in this paper. A successful ease illustrating how such carriers play their rolls in the educational mode is described here. Once such educational mode is implemented so that it covers the majority of students, it will be a mode that can effectively stimulate student＇s activeness in their study and meet the needs of small and medium businesses for qualified person- nel.
