发展文化产业必须始终盯住产业链的延伸。桂林作为一个历史文化名城，均衡发展的一二三产业和以高新技术支撑的创意产业为桂林文化产业链的形成创造良好的条件。构建桂林文化完整产业链是一个具有全局意义的过程，必须以改革为动力，以特色为灵魂，运用现代科技手段，坚持创新路线，实现新的突破。
髮展文化產業必鬚始終盯住產業鏈的延伸。桂林作為一箇歷史文化名城，均衡髮展的一二三產業和以高新技術支撐的創意產業為桂林文化產業鏈的形成創造良好的條件。構建桂林文化完整產業鏈是一箇具有全跼意義的過程，必鬚以改革為動力，以特色為靈魂，運用現代科技手段，堅持創新路線，實現新的突破。
발전문화산업필수시종정주산업련적연신。계림작위일개역사문화명성，균형발전적일이삼산업화이고신기술지탱적창의산업위계림문화산업련적형성창조량호적조건。구건계림문화완정산업련시일개구유전국의의적과정，필수이개혁위동력，이특색위령혼，운용현대과기수단，견지창신로선，실현신적돌파。
Development of culture industry must focus on industry chain extension. As a historical and cultural city, primary, secondary and tertiary industries balanced developing and creative industries supported by high and new technology create favorable conditions to form culture industry chain in Guilin. Developing the culture industry chain is procedured for having overall situation meaning. We should take reform as the driving force, regard quality as life, utilize modern scientific method,continue to innovate to achieve new breakthroughs.
