为评价番荔枝的叶、枝、种子乙醇提取物的抑瘤和一般毒性作用,以3 mg/kg顺铂为阳性药,将不同剂量的醇提物对S180荷瘤小鼠给药10 d后测定小鼠抑瘤率、体重、胸腺指数和脾指数.结果显示:17.5,35,70 mg/kg的种子醇提物有明显的抑瘤作用(P〈0.05),其抑瘤率分别为51.3%、42.7%和39.5%,并显著降低荷瘤小鼠体重、胸腺指数和脾指数(P〈0.01).而300,600 mg/kg叶和枝醇提物无抑瘤作用,不能降低荷瘤小鼠体重、胸腺指数和脾指数(P〉0.05).表明番荔枝的抗肿瘤和毒性成分主要分布在种子部位.

위평개번려지적협、지、충자을순제취물적억류화일반독성작용,이3 mg/kg순박위양성약,장불동제량적순제물대S180하류소서급약10 d후측정소서억류솔、체중、흉선지수화비지수.결과현시:17.5,35,70 mg/kg적충자순제물유명현적억류작용(P〈0.05),기억류솔분별위51.3%、42.7%화39.5%,병현저강저하류소서체중、흉선지수화비지수(P〈0.01).이300,600 mg/kg협화지순제물무억류작용,불능강저하류소서체중、흉선지수화비지수(P〉0.05).표명번려지적항종류화독성성분주요분포재충자부위.
To study the antitumor and general toxic effect of alcohol extractions from leaf, branch and seed of Annona squamosa on S180 tumor bearing mice, different dosages of extractions were administrated to S180 mice for 10 d. Then tumor inhibitory rate, weight of body, thymus index and spleen index were determined. The results showed that 17.5,35,70 mg/ kg dosages of seed extraction had strong anti-tumor effect( P 〈 0.05 ). Their tumor inhibitory rates were 51.3% , 42.7% and 39.5% respectively. And they could obviously decrease the weight of body, thymus index and spleen index(P 〈 0.01 ). But 300,600 mg/kg dosages of branch and leaf extraction had no antitumor activity and little influence on the weight of body, thymus index and spleen index(P 〉 0.05 ). So it is concluded that the main antitumor and toxic components may exist in the seed of Annona squamosa.
