建设特色专业群,有利于提高普通高校核心竞争力。特色专业群由核心层、紧密层和松散层组成。处于核心地位的核心层是一个或多个主干特色专业,处于中间的紧密层是多个支撑特色专业,处于表层的松散层是多个关联特色专业。其中,主干特色专业决定特色专业群的特色。特色专业群的形成动力来自于产业发展对人才需求的拉力、市场竞争的压力和高校内部的推动力。产业发展的拉力和内部推动力共同作用形成自然演化型特色专业群,竞争压力和内部推动力共同作用形成计划培育型特色专业群。
建設特色專業群,有利于提高普通高校覈心競爭力。特色專業群由覈心層、緊密層和鬆散層組成。處于覈心地位的覈心層是一箇或多箇主榦特色專業,處于中間的緊密層是多箇支撐特色專業,處于錶層的鬆散層是多箇關聯特色專業。其中,主榦特色專業決定特色專業群的特色。特色專業群的形成動力來自于產業髮展對人纔需求的拉力、市場競爭的壓力和高校內部的推動力。產業髮展的拉力和內部推動力共同作用形成自然縯化型特色專業群,競爭壓力和內部推動力共同作用形成計劃培育型特色專業群。
