在二极管的特性研究中,同时引入了Multisim和Excel软件,应用Muhisim对二极管的特性进行测试仿真,应用Excel对测试结果进行曲线拟合、显示,相比传统的实物电路测试更加方便和快捷,相比传统的手绘特性曲线更加精确和直观,通过对仿真数据进行曲线拟合,对其进行分析和研究,可以更加深入的认识二极管的特性.

Multisim and Excel software are always applied to study the characteristics of diode. The application of Muhisim in testing the characteristics of the diode emulation and the application of Excel in fitting the curve of the test results display its convenience and instance compared with real circuit test of volt-ampere and resistance characteristics. Compared with the traditional hand-drawn curve, the fitting curve based on simulation data is more accurate and intuitive. The characteris- tics analysis enables people to gain a more profound knowledge of diodes.
