改革开放以来，我国经济发展迅速，与之伴随的也有城乡差距、区域差距扩大等不和谐现象。城乡差距的扩大逐渐成为影响我国经济持续发展、社会和谐稳定的制约因素。本文以江苏省为例，运用因子分析法对江苏省十三个市的统筹城乡协调发展水平进行测度，这对了解江苏城乡统筹发展状况、认识城乡统筹发展障碍、探讨城乡统筹发展驱动机制和制定科学合理调控措施具有重要意义。

Since the reform and opening up, China＇ s economy has developed rapidly. However, there are also unharmonious phenomena, such as widening urban and rural gap, and expanding regional gap. The gap between city and countryside has become the constraining factors affecting the sustainable development of China＇ s economy and social harmony and stability. This paper takes Jiangsu province as an example, and measures the urban and rural coordinated development level in thirteen cities of Jiangsu province by using the factor analysis method. This study is of great significance to understanding urban and rural harmonious development situation in Jiangsu, recognizing the obstacles of balancing urban and rural development, probing into the drive mechanism of urban and rural harmonious development, and working out scientific and reasonable regulation and control measures.
