结合远程开放教育发展趋势和学习者的特点,云南开放大学旅游管理专业人才培养模式的构建应遵循系统性、开放性、拓展性、多样性、贯通性的原则进行构建。以“知识+能力+素质”的高级应用型人才为培养目标,建立“主体性、立体化、贯通型”的课程体系,采用“混合型”的教学方式,重视质量保障与评价体系的建设,确保人才培养的质量。

The building of tourism management specialty training model of Yunnan Open University should follow the principles of systematicness, openness, extensibility, diversity and connectivity in addition to the combination of the development trends and the characteristics of learners of Open and Distance Learning. By training advanced appli- cable personnel with "knowledge + ability + quality" as its objective to establish its course system with "subjectivity, three -dimension and connectivity", the use of blending teaching methods and the construction of quality assurance and evaluation system are the assurance of the quality of personnel training.
