目前在生物化学实验教学实践中普遍存在教学理念落后、教学效果不理想的问题，严重影响对学生综合素质和创新能力的培养．针对该问题就生物化学实验教学观念、教学内容、教学方法和学习评价方式四个方面，对该课程革新以提高本科生创新能力进行了探讨．

Biochemical experiments play an important role to cultivate students＇ comprehensive quality and innovation capacity. In this paper, four aspects of the biochemical experimental teaching including teaching concepts, teaching content, teaching methods and learning evaluation are discussed on how to improve the innovation ability of undergraduate.
