This paper presents how speech signals are applied to the teaching of science and engineering courses, and intuitively describes the theory introduced in "Signal and System" course with the help of voice signals. Through getting familiar with the voice system, students can better understand the nature of signal and system theory, and effectively grasp the application occasions of the theories included in the course. Thus, the students' interest in learning is improved; the teacher' s teaching effectiveness is enhanced.
