针对自动挡轿车怠速工况车内后排噪声高于前排问题进行了研究。通过车内噪声的主观评价、摸底测试和排气噪声源的分离测试,发现发动机结构噪声通过后悬置传递到车内,导致怠速工况下车内后排噪声高于前排。通过优化后悬置,后排怠速噪声单独降低2dB,后排怠速轰鸣声得到了良好的控制。
針對自動擋轎車怠速工況車內後排譟聲高于前排問題進行瞭研究。通過車內譟聲的主觀評價、摸底測試和排氣譟聲源的分離測試,髮現髮動機結構譟聲通過後懸置傳遞到車內,導緻怠速工況下車內後排譟聲高于前排。通過優化後懸置,後排怠速譟聲單獨降低2dB,後排怠速轟鳴聲得到瞭良好的控製。

In a automatic car idling conditions, the car rear noise is higher than the front. By the subjective evaluation of interior noise, diagnostic testing and the exhaust noise source separation testing, the engine structure-borne noise passed to the car by rear suspension was found, so the car rear noise is higher than the front in idle condition. According to actual situation, by optimizing the rear suspension the rear idle noise was reduced 2dB alone. Rear idle noise get good control.
