本文旨在研究接种茎段的部位及去叶处理对亮叶忍冬试管苗生长的影响。在添加了30g/L蔗糖的1/4MS培养基中,分别接种带有茎尖的上部单节茎段和不带茎尖的中下部单节茎段,以及去双叶、去单叶和不去叶的中下部单节茎段进行培养。结果表明,带有茎尖的上部茎段的萌芽率和繁殖系数明显高于不带茎尖的中下部茎段,但两者的生根率、根长和根数等指标无明显差异;去双叶茎段的萌芽率和繁殖系数显著高于不去叶茎段,但其生根率、根长则明显低于不去叶茎段。在采用单节扦插法进行亮叶忍冬试管苗茎芽增殖培养时,应去除中下部茎段的全部两个叶片,在生根培养中则应保留其叶片。

본문지재연구접충경단적부위급거협처리대량협인동시관묘생장적영향。재첨가료30g/L자당적1/4MS배양기중,분별접충대유경첨적상부단절경단화불대경첨적중하부단절경단,이급거쌍협、거단협화불거협적중하부단절경단진행배양。결과표명,대유경첨적상부경단적맹아솔화번식계수명현고우불대경첨적중하부경단,단량자적생근솔、근장화근수등지표무명현차이;거쌍협경단적맹아솔화번식계수현저고우불거협경단,단기생근솔、근장칙명현저우불거협경단。재채용단절천삽법진행량협인동시관묘경아증식배양시,응거제중하부경단적전부량개협편,재생근배양중칙응보류기협편。
This article aimed at studying the effects of stem section with different position and defoliation treatment on the growth ofLonicera nitida 'Maigrun' plantlet in vitro. The top stem section with stem apex, the middle-basic stem section and the middle-basic stern section with different leaf cutting treatments (2 leaves cut down, 1 leaf cut down or no leaf cut down) were respectively cultured in 1/4 MS medium with 30 g/L sugar added. The results show that both the germination rate and the propagation coefficient of the top stem section with stem apex were obviously higher than that of the middle-basic stem section, while there were no obvious difference in the rooting rate, the root length and the root number between the top stem section and the middle-basic stem section. Both the germination rate and the propagation coefficient of the middle-basic stem section with 2 leaves cut down were obviously higher than that of the stem section with no leaf cut down, but the rooting rate, the root length of the stem section with 2 leaves cut down was obviously lower than that of the stem section with no leaf cut down. During the Lonicera nitida 'Maigrun' micro-shoot multiplication culture by one-nod stem section cutting, the all 2 leaves of the middle-basic stem section should be cut down, but in rooting culture the leaves should not be cut down.
