目的：通过对大隐静脉及其属支的解剖学观测，为临床上有关大隐静脉的手术、操作等提供解剖形态学参考。方法：对30具（60侧）成人的大隐静脉长度和特别点外径，以及大隐静脉各属支的类型、外径、各属支汇入大隐静脉处与隐股点的距离进行了观测。结果：大隐静脉的长度为（76．52±4．87）cm；大隐静脉起点、平股骨内侧髁上缘平面及终点外径分别为（0．42±0．12）cm，（0．44±0．14）cm，（0．62±0．22）cm；大隐静脉属支以三、四支型居多；大隐静脉各属支注入处外径（平均）最大者为股外侧浅静脉，至隐股点距离（平均）最长者为股内侧浅静脉。结论：以上对大隐静脉及其属支的观测结果，为临床有关大隐静脉的手术、操作提供了较为系统、全面的解剖学基础。
목적：통과대대은정맥급기속지적해부학관측，위림상상유관대은정맥적수술、조작등제공해부형태학삼고。방법：대30구（60측）성인적대은정맥장도화특별점외경，이급대은정맥각속지적류형、외경、각속지회입대은정맥처여은고점적거리진행료관측。결과：대은정맥적장도위（76．52±4．87）cm；대은정맥기점、평고골내측과상연평면급종점외경분별위（0．42±0．12）cm，（0．44±0．14）cm，（0．62±0．22）cm；대은정맥속지이삼、사지형거다；대은정맥각속지주입처외경（평균）최대자위고외측천정맥，지은고점거리（평균）최장자위고내측천정맥。결론：이상대대은정맥급기속지적관측결과，위림상유관대은정맥적수술、조작제공료교위계통、전면적해부학기출。
Objective： To provide anatomic reference for operation about the great saphenous vein clinically. Method：Great saphenous veins of 30 adults （60 sides） were observed. We got length, outer diameter of special point of great saphenous vein, and type, outer diameter of branches of great saphenous wein. Distances of the branches of great saphenous vein and the sapheno - femoral juction were observed too. Results： The length of great sa- phenous vein is （76.52 ± 4.87） cm. The external diameter at the starting point of great saphenous vein is （0.42 ± 0.12） cm. In the superior border plane of medialis condyles of femur is （0.44 ± 0.14） cm, and at the ending point of great saphenous vein is （0.62 ± 0.22） cm. Conclusion： Data of this study based on applied anatomy are provided systematic and detailed Basis to those operations on the great saphenous vein.
