“服务性学习”模式的服务性和互惠性可以提高工学结合中企业方的热情，找到校企合作新的合作点，从而解决在顶岗实习、订单培养等工学结合形式中企业参与积极性不高的问题。该模式的构建需要遵循系统性、互益性、学习性和规范性原则，构建的内容主要有“服务性学习”的学习目标、内容以及学习形式和过程等。
