为了让学生真正成为学习的主人,深圳职业技术学院在人才培养方案设置中给学生“留白”,即专业选择留“空间”,课程设置留“空当”,岗位培养留“空余”,素质教育留“空域”,考评制度留“空际”。给学生“留白”要注意了解学生,做到施之有度;了解行业,做到行之有效;讲究策略.做到操之有法。

To enable students to become masters of learning, Shenzhen Polytechnic Institute leave space for students in personnel training programs, .namely, leaving space in choosing majors, curriculum setup, positions training, quality education and appraisal system. Leaving space needs understand students to develop a certain amount of "elastic belt", needs understand the industries to be implemented effectively and also should pay attention to strategies.
