鉴于大学精神在当下中国的失位，在理想追求、内在品质、独特气质的统一中对大学精神的基本内涵做了定位。在大学精神下分析精英文化和大众文化的互动，进而提出了大学精神表征及其3条实现路径：树立先进的大学发展理念；加强规范高效的制度文化建设；开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动。
鑒于大學精神在噹下中國的失位，在理想追求、內在品質、獨特氣質的統一中對大學精神的基本內涵做瞭定位。在大學精神下分析精英文化和大衆文化的互動，進而提齣瞭大學精神錶徵及其3條實現路徑：樹立先進的大學髮展理唸；加彊規範高效的製度文化建設；開展豐富多綵的校園文化活動。
감우대학정신재당하중국적실위，재이상추구、내재품질、독특기질적통일중대대학정신적기본내함주료정위。재대학정신하분석정영문화화대음문화적호동，진이제출료대학정신표정급기3조실현로경：수립선진적대학발전이념；가강규범고효적제도문화건설；개전봉부다채적교완문화활동。
Because of the university spirits lack in China nowadays, the paper analyzes, the funda- mental connotation of university is based on the unity of the pursuit of ideals, the inner quality and unique characteristics. The paper analyzes the interaction of elite culture and mass culture based on the university spirit, and gives three paths to achieve the university spirit： to establish an advanced university developing ideas, to construct strongly standardized and highly efficient system culture, and to develop rich and colorful campus culture activities.
