摘要:采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和实地访谈等研究法,通过对八所广州地区的高等学校体育在塑造大学生心理素质方面的功能以及心理现状的调查进行研究分析发现,体育锻炼能有效缓解大学生的心理压力和延缓心理衰老,协调人际关系和提高社会适应能力,增强自信心和培养坚强的意志,调节消极情绪、促进人格全面发展和增进心理健康。因此,高等学校体育课程开展对学生心理健康有良好的影响,应该加快在体育教学中开展心理健康教育的机制研究,在高等学校体育课中形成心理健康教育的有效机制,为素质教育与体育教学改革提供一个新思路,以期提高大学生社会竞争力与社会适应能力,为建设效率社会与和谐社会培养健康竞争人才。

Abstract: Such methods as literature review, expert interviewing, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, etc. were used to study and analyze the investigation, which had been made in eight colleges and universities in the Guangzhou area, into how college physical education functions in shaping college student's psychological quality and the psychological status quo of college students. The result showed that physical exercise could effectively ease students" psychological pressure and slow down their mental senility, bring into line interpersonal relationship and improve social adaptability, greatly enhance self-confidence and cultivate strong will, help regulate negative emotions and comprehensively promote personality development, and improve students'mental health and psychological health in agricultural colleges and universities. Therefore, carrying out psychological health education among college students in combination of physical education will surely produce a good influence on students "psychological health. It is both important and feasible for colleges and universities to integrate mental health education into physical education. The research on how to establish the mechanism with which the mental health education can be carried out in physical education should be quickened to provide a new way of thinking for the current quality-oriented education and physical education reform. The integration of mental health education into college physical education is helpful to improving students'social competitive power and adaptability and to cultivating healthy competitive talents for an efficient and harmonious society.
