根据城市污水处理和污染防治技术政策推荐,结合六安市城区污水水量和水质特点,城北污水处理厂采用改良型Carrousel氧化沟工艺。结合工程实例,阐述了城北污水厂工艺流程与污染物净化机理、氧化沟结构设计与设备选型,分析了污水厂运行效果及其存在问题。工艺运行表明:城北污水厂对污水中主要污染物具有良好处理效果,2010年CODcr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP平均去除率依次为86%、85%、78%、95%、58%、61%,出水水质远低于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》标准中二级要求,除SS外其余出水水质指标值均能满足一级B标准要求。工艺运行较稳定,处理效果良好,但污水厂前期运行过程中也存在一些问题,通过技术改造已得以解决。

According to the recommendations of the treatment of municipal sewage and pollution prevention technique and combined with the characteristics of water quantity and quality of urban sewage in Lu'an city,Chengbei sewage treatment plant adopted improved Carrousel oxidation ditch process.With the examples of works,the author expounds the process flows,the pollutants purification mechanism,structural design and equipment selection of oxidation ditch,and analyses the effect of operation and the existing problems of the sewage treatment plant.The process operation shows that Chengbei sewage treatment plant deals with the major pollutants in the sewage effectively.The average removal rate of CODcr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP were 86%、85%、78%、95%、58% and 61% respectively in 2010.The water quality which was let out from the Polluted Water Disposal Factory was far below the second standard requirements of Municipal wastewater treatment plant emission standards and water quality could meet the requirements of the first standard of B except with the index of SS.The process operation was relatively stable and its disposal effect was excellent.But there were several problems in the early period of its process operation which have been resolved by technological innovation.
