从健康博落回植株中分离内生真菌,用PDA培养基分离纯化菌株,结果纯化得到19株内生真菌,用琼脂块法对获取的菌株进行抗菌活性筛选,其中有2株博落回内生真菌对指示菌株有抑菌作用,占总分离菌株的10.53%,其中有一株内生真菌具有较强的抑菌活性。
從健康博落迴植株中分離內生真菌,用PDA培養基分離純化菌株,結果純化得到19株內生真菌,用瓊脂塊法對穫取的菌株進行抗菌活性篩選,其中有2株博落迴內生真菌對指示菌株有抑菌作用,佔總分離菌株的10.53%,其中有一株內生真菌具有較彊的抑菌活性。
종건강박락회식주중분리내생진균,용PDA배양기분리순화균주,결과순화득도19주내생진균,용경지괴법대획취적균주진행항균활성사선,기중유2주박락회내생진균대지시균주유억균작용,점총분리균주적10.53%,기중유일주내생진균구유교강적억균활성。
Nineteen endophytic fungal strains were isolated from the healthy Macleaya cordata by flat-panel separation.Agar block method was used to obtain the strain for antimicrobial activity screening.The results showed that two endophytic fungi(10.53% of the total strains isolated)had inhibitory activities to the test strains,and a strong inhibitory activity of endophytic fungus was also be found.
