选取食用百合卷丹的鳞片作为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,添加6-BA和NAA的不同植物激素组合,分组进行不定芽诱导、继代增殖和诱导生根培养。结果表明,鳞茎的中层鳞片具有较强的不定芽分化能力,6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L的激素组合适宜于鳞片的不定芽分化和继代增殖,而最利于诱导生根的激素组合为NAA 1.0mg/L+6-BA 0.1mg/L。组培苗经过60天左右培养可在培养基中直接产生小鳞茎。
選取食用百閤捲丹的鱗片作為外植體,以MS為基本培養基,添加6-BA和NAA的不同植物激素組閤,分組進行不定芽誘導、繼代增殖和誘導生根培養。結果錶明,鱗莖的中層鱗片具有較彊的不定芽分化能力,6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L的激素組閤適宜于鱗片的不定芽分化和繼代增殖,而最利于誘導生根的激素組閤為NAA 1.0mg/L+6-BA 0.1mg/L。組培苗經過60天左右培養可在培養基中直接產生小鱗莖。
선취식용백합권단적린편작위외식체,이MS위기본배양기,첨가6-BA화NAA적불동식물격소조합,분조진행불정아유도、계대증식화유도생근배양。결과표명,린경적중층린편구유교강적불정아분화능력,6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L적격소조합괄의우린편적불정아분화화계대증식,이최리우유도생근적격소조합위NAA 1.0mg/L+6-BA 0.1mg/L。조배묘경과60천좌우배양가재배양기중직접산생소린경。
Squamas of edible lily bulbs of Lilium lancifolium Thunb were used as explants,and MS media added different combination of 6-BA and NAA were employed for adventitious bud induction,bud multiplication subculture and root induction.The results showed that bud differentiation ability of outward squamas was better than that of inward ones,the medium MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L was optimal both to bud induction and to bud multiplication,and the optimal medium for rooting was MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L.Small bulbs directly generated from seedlings after an about 60 days' continuous culture in the medium.
