研究加入不同量3A分子筛对硅橡胶泡沫材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、密度、硬度、压缩永久变形、吸湿率性能的影响.结果表明:随着3A分子筛加入量的增加,拉伸强度、压缩永久变形、密度、硬度、吸湿率随之增加,断裂伸长率随之降低;泡孔尺寸变小,均匀性变好.
研究加入不同量3A分子篩對硅橡膠泡沫材料的拉伸彊度、斷裂伸長率、密度、硬度、壓縮永久變形、吸濕率性能的影響.結果錶明:隨著3A分子篩加入量的增加,拉伸彊度、壓縮永久變形、密度、硬度、吸濕率隨之增加,斷裂伸長率隨之降低;泡孔呎吋變小,均勻性變好.

The influence of 3A molecular sieve on the performance of silicone rubber foam is studied in this paper. The results were shown that tensile strength, compression permanent deformation, density, hard- ness, moisture absorption rate was increased with the 3A molecular sieve content, the breaking elongation was decreased, and foam hole dimension uniformity was better.
