设计了以亲核取代反应为原理合成2,5-二甲基-2,5-二氯己烷的综合有机化学实验.在合成的基础上,通过对原料和产物的熔点测定、溶解性比较以及薄层层析分析,巩固了学生的基本操作技能,加深了对实验原理的认识,培养了学生独立思考和探索的精神.实践证明,该实验的实施收到了良好的教学效果.
設計瞭以親覈取代反應為原理閤成2,5-二甲基-2,5-二氯己烷的綜閤有機化學實驗.在閤成的基礎上,通過對原料和產物的鎔點測定、溶解性比較以及薄層層析分析,鞏固瞭學生的基本操作技能,加深瞭對實驗原理的認識,培養瞭學生獨立思攷和探索的精神.實踐證明,該實驗的實施收到瞭良好的教學效果.

A comprehensive organic chemistry experiment was designed with nucleophilic substitution reaction as principle to synthesize 2,5-dichloro-2,5-dimethylhexane. On the base of synthesis, via melting point testing, comparison of solubility and TLC analysis, the students" basieal operating skill and understanding of experiment principle were strengthen, and their abilities of indepen- dent thinking and research were cultivated as well. The practice of the experiment resulted in a good teaching effect.
