用连续铸轧法制备了3003Al、1050Al合金箔,研究了合金元素含量及冷变形总加工率对太阳集能少反射铝箔的力学性能及比电容的影响.研究结果表明:增加合金元素含量造成变形抗力提高、抗弯次数降低,给冷轧及腐蚀带来不利影响,保持冷变形程度大于97%可有效增加腐蚀后铝箔的比表面积,提高铝箔质量.
用連續鑄軋法製備瞭3003Al、1050Al閤金箔,研究瞭閤金元素含量及冷變形總加工率對太暘集能少反射鋁箔的力學性能及比電容的影響.研究結果錶明:增加閤金元素含量造成變形抗力提高、抗彎次數降低,給冷軋及腐蝕帶來不利影響,保持冷變形程度大于97%可有效增加腐蝕後鋁箔的比錶麵積,提高鋁箔質量.

3003Al and 1050Al foil were prepared by twin-roll casting process, the effects on mechanical properties and specific capacitance of the alloying elements and the total processing rate of cold-word have been studied. The results show that increasing the alloying element was harmful to cold rolling and corrosion due to the raising of the strength and the falling of the bending resistance, and the specific surface area of 1050Al foil increased remarkably while this foil was prepared under a cold deformation rate about 97%.
