采用样方法对山西五鹿山自然保护区森林群落进行调查,设置60个样地256个森林样方,运用TWINSPAN双向指示种分析法对该区森林群落进行分类,并采用patrick指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数对五鹿山森林群落的物种多样性进行分析.结果表明:TWINSPAN将保护区的森林群落划分为华北落叶松林、油松林、白皮松林、辽东栎林等15个群落类型.不同群落类型的物种多样性指数值D、H'和J在描述群落性质时不具有严格的一致性,但都较好地反映了不同植物群落类型在物种组成方面的差异.同时,分析群落多样性与植物生长型的关系得出,森林群落的丰富度指数和多样性指数均表现为草本层〉灌木层〉乔木层.

The forest community in Mt. Wulushan was investigated by sampling method based on the data, Obtained from 60 plots 256 samples, the community formation was classified into associations by Two-way Indicator Species Analysis (TWINSPAN), and the species diversity ( Simpson index; Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index) was measured in forest community in Mt Wulus- han. The results are as follow:the forest communities were classified into 15 groups by TWINSPAN, different community can be structurally divided into shrub layer, herb layer and ground layer, and the indices of D,H' and J demonstrated higher consistency. At the same time, The study detected that the community diversity and plant growth form ralated as follows : herb layer 〉 shrub layer 〉 tree layer.
