明清时期,洞庭商帮足迹遍及全国各地,活动能力极强,有＂钻天洞庭＂之称。洞庭商帮产生和兴起的原因是多种多样的,也较为复杂,但主要有三大因素,即：地理因素、人文因素和社会因素。
명청시기,동정상방족적편급전국각지,활동능력겁강,유＂찬천동정＂지칭。동정상방산생화흥기적원인시다충다양적,야교위복잡,단주요유삼대인소,즉：지리인소、인문인소화사회인소。
During Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Dongting commercial groups did their business all over the country. These commercial groups had a very strong ability to take their activities. Consequently, they were called ＂Zuan Tian Dongting＂, which meant ＂there were Dongting merchants everywhere＂. This article tries to analyse the geographical, cultural and social surroundings of Dongting merchants, and summarize the reasons for the emergence and rising of the Dongting commercial groups,which will help further studies.
