目前,木糖生产中精制玉米芯水解液的浓缩占据了成本的很大份额。每生产1 t木糖仅浓缩工序就消耗蒸汽14 t左右,单位产品的能耗比较高。在国家大力倡导节能减排的政策下,许多高耗能行业的发展都受到了遏制,因此降低木糖生产的能耗成为拯救行业的必然之路。本文对比了RO sep和RO 98pHt两款物料反渗透膜在精制玉米芯水解液浓缩中的试验情况。RO 98pHt更适合精制玉米芯水解液的浓缩,可将Brix为4%左右的精制玉米芯水解液浓缩至15%,木糖的收率在99.99%以上。除去1 t水,利用传统多效蒸发器约需46元,而使用物料反渗透膜浓缩技术还不足15元,比传统的多效蒸发器节省约31元。利用膜浓缩技术,仅福田一家企业每年就可节约标煤达5.6万t。无论从经济效益还是从节能环保上来讲都具有非常重要的意义。

Now,the concentration of pure corncob hydrolysate cost a lot in the production of xylose.Only concentration process uses up 14 tons of steam when 1 ton xylose is produced.The energy consumption is too high for unit product.Under the government's policy of Energy saving and Emission reduction,many heavy energy-consuming enterprises's development are contained.So,it is the inexorable road for xylose companies to reduce energy consumption.Tests of pure corncob hydrolysate concentration with RO sep and RO 98pHt membranes are compared in this paper.RO 98pHt is better for pure corncob hydrolysate concentration.It can be concentrated from the Brix 4% to 15%,the recovery of xylose is more than 99.99%.Removing 1 ton water,it costs 46 yuan uesd multi-effect evaporator,but less than 15 yuan when membrane concentration technology is uesd.It saves 31 yuan than muti-effect evaporators.When membrane concentration is used,just Futaste can save 56,000 tons of coal one year.On economic benefit and energy conservation and environmental protection,it has great significance.
