本论文从土壤中分离出16株粘细菌,并对其进行了多种细菌和真菌的抑菌活性分析,筛选出一株活性较高的粘细菌N11,随后根据菌落、子实体形态及16S rDNA序列分析鉴定粘细菌N11为黄色粘球菌(Myxococcus fulvus),抑菌试验结果表明,M.fulvus N11粗产物对多种病原真菌和细菌都有不同程度的抑制作用,在低浓度下对稻瘟霉的菌丝有明显的致畸作用,具有一定的抗肿瘤药物开发潜力。

본논문종토양중분리출16주점세균,병대기진행료다충세균화진균적억균활성분석,사선출일주활성교고적점세균N11,수후근거균락、자실체형태급16S rDNA서렬분석감정점세균N11위황색점구균(Myxococcus fulvus),억균시험결과표명,M.fulvus N11조산물대다충병원진균화세균도유불동정도적억제작용,재저농도하대도온매적균사유명현적치기작용,구유일정적항종류약물개발잠력。
Sixteen myxobacterial strains were isolated from soil,and anti-bacterial as well as anti-fungal activity evaluation have been done.Among all the screened strains,myxobacterial N11 had the highest level of antimicrobial activity.According to the mophology,fruit body and phylogenetic analysis,the myxobacteria was identified as Myxococcus fulvus.Evaluation of antimicrobial activity revealed that Myxococcus fulvus N11 had broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and exhibited strong activity against all tested Gram-positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis) and fungi(Corticium sasakii,C.s and Pyricularia oryzae).It could induce the formation of characteristic teratogenic to the growing of Pyricularia mycelia in low contraction.These findings suggest that the Myxococcus fulvus N11 can be used as a potential resource for antimicrobial and cytotoxic agents.
