在分批发酵中,研究了Streptococcus zooepidemicus SL-1的生长、葡萄糖消耗及透明质酸的产生特性。基于Monod方程和Luedeking-Piret方程,得到了描述分批发酵过程的动力学模型及模型参数,对数生长期最大比生长速率μmax为0.841 g/(g.h),产物透明质酸最大比生成速率qp1,max为0.54 g/(g.h)。对实验数据与模型模拟值进行拟合,表明该组模型能很好地拟合发酵过程,并在初始葡萄糖浓度变化较大的范围内表现出很好的适用性。

The fermentation process of hyaluronic acid by Streptococcus zooepidemicus SL-1 with glucose as substrate was studied in batch system.A kinetic model was put forward based on the Monod and Luedeking-Piret equations of cell growth,product generate and substrate consumption.The maximal specific growth rate μmax was 0.841 g/(g· g) in exponential phase.The maximal specific production rate qp1,max could reach 0.54 g/(g· h)in antibiotic production phase.The calculated results of models were compared satisfactorily with experimental data,the model could provide reasonable description for the fermentation process under various initial sugar conditions.
