目的从土壤理化性质、微生物环境、营养条件三个方面对农田老参地土壤进行改良。方法研究该土壤改良技术对土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶四种酶活性的影响。结果与对照组相比.生态改良处理组土壤脲酶活性提高37.48%~74.99%,过氧化氢酶活性提高9.16%-22.90%,蔗糖酶活性提高16.00%-101.31%,磷酸酶活性提高1.24%-74.38%。结论该生态改良技术可明显提高土壤酶活性,对农田老参地土壤改良效果显著。

목적종토양이화성질、미생물배경、영양조건삼개방면대농전로삼지토양진행개량。방법연구해토양개량기술대토양뇨매、과양화경매、자당매、린산매사충매활성적영향。결과여대조조상비.생태개량처리조토양뇨매활성제고37.48%~74.99%,과양화경매활성제고9.16%-22.90%,자당매활성제고16.00%-101.31%,린산매활성제고1.24%-74.38%。결론해생태개량기술가명현제고토양매활성,대농전로삼지토양개량효과현저。
This article mainly to improve the farmland of ginseng planting soil from three aspects of soil physical and chemical properties,microbial environment, nutrition condition.The effects of different fertilization systems on the activities of urease,catalase, invertase and phosphatase were studied.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the treatment group improved37.48%-74.99%of soil urease aetivity,9.16%-22.90%of eatalase activity,16.00%-101.31%of invertase activity, 1.24%-74.38%of phosphatase activity. Conclusion: The eeological improvement technology can improve soil enzyme activities, and the effect is remarkable on Panax ginseng Continuous Cropping farmland.
