教学质量的评价应着眼于教师和学生之间进行双向综合评价。建立综合教与学两方面影响因素的指标体系是教学质量评价的前提和基础。运用基于集对分析(SPA)的同异反教学评价模型,结合层次分析法确定指标权重,并对评价所得联系度的不确定性展开分析,从而对教学评价系统信息的确定性和不确定性进行研究,使评价结果更加客观、可信。

The assessment of teaching quality should be focused on the comprehensive evaluation both of teachers and students. It is the precondition and foundation for the assessment of teaching quality to set up the index system integrating the influence factors of teaching and learning. Using the similarities & differences anti-analysis teaching assessment model based on the set pair analysis (SPA) method and combining the hierarchy analysis method, the weights of index were determined, and the uncertainty of resulted connection degree was analyzed. Then the investigation on the certainty and uncertainty of the information from the teaching evaluation system was carried out in order to gain more objective and more creditable evaluation results.
