研究光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)治疗肿瘤的机制.方法:建立裸鼠胰腺癌模型,以血卟啉衍生物作为光敏剂,测定PDT治疗后,肿瘤组织内脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,并采用免疫组化LSAB法,对肿瘤区血管损伤状况进行研究.

To study the mechanism of photodynamic the nude mice animal model of pancreatic cancer , the photosens After the therapy the level of MDA in different groups was rapy (PDT) to neoplasm. Methods : developing the itizers HPD was given by the intraperitoneal injection, analysed and factor - Ⅷwas used in the immunohisto- chemical staining to study the vessel change. Results; The level of MDA in the PDT group was higher than that of the controls , immunohistochemical staining showed PDT can make injury to vessel endothelial cell and destruct vessel structure. PDT can induce injuries of neoplasm , oxidation and vascular injury is important way to exert function.
