本试验利用人工模拟的富营养化水体进行室外盆栽水培试验,以宁夏本土植物水葱、慈姑、菖蒲、藨草4种水生植物为试验材料,不种植植物的作为对照.研究静水条件下4种水生植物对富营养化水体中污染物的去除能力,从中筛选出适用于治理城市污水的水生植物.结果表明:4种水生植物在富营养化水体中生长良好并对水体中的总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)有明显的去除效果.随着时间的延长,水体中氮磷的浓度是逐渐降低的,水体的高锰酸钾指数也有一定程度的下降.在第25天时水葱、慈姑、菖蒲、藨草对水体中TN的去除率分别为83%、84.7%、76.7%、83.5%,对TP的去除率分别为89.2%、92.9%、84.8%、90.6%,总体表现为慈姑〉藨草〉水葱〉菖蒲.

본시험이용인공모의적부영양화수체진행실외분재수배시험,이저하본토식물수총、자고、창포、표초4충수생식물위시험재료,불충식식물적작위대조.연구정수조건하4충수생식물대부영양화수체중오염물적거제능력,종중사선출괄용우치리성시오수적수생식물.결과표명:4충수생식물재부영양화수체중생장량호병대수체중적총담(TN)、총린(TP)유명현적거제효과.수착시간적연장,수체중담린적농도시축점강저적,수체적고맹산갑지수야유일정정도적하강.재제25천시수총、자고、창포、표초대수체중TN적거제솔분별위83%、84.7%、76.7%、83.5%,대TP적거제솔분별위89.2%、92.9%、84.8%、90.6%,총체표현위자고〉표초〉수총〉창포.
Four aquatic macrophytes of Scirpusvalidus, Sagittariasagittifolia, Acorus calamus Linn. and Scirpustriqueter were cultured on simulation eutrophic water. The blank control consisted of washed sand without any hydrophytes growing. The Nitrogen and phosphorus and Permanganate index inside the water would be measured before and after the assays. The results showed that four macrophytes had grown well on simulation eutrophic water and each of them was effective in removal of total nitrogen, total phosphorus. With the increase of culture time,concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphorus were gradually decreased. At 25 days, the removal rate of Scirpusvalidus, Sagittariasagittifolia, Acorus calamus Linn. and Scirpustriqueter to total nitrogen were 83%, 84.7% ,76.7% ,and 83.5%. The removal rate of Scirpusvalidus, Sagittariasagittifolia, Acorus calamus Linn. and 5;cirpustriqueter to total phosphorus were 89. 2%, 92. 9%, 84. 8% and 90. 6%. There for, four aquati: macrophytes had good removal efficiency, and were better wetland plants. The removal rate of Sagittariasagittifolia was the greatest, then Scirpustriqueter then Scirpusvalidus and Acorus calamus Linn.
