在实验室条件下,对戈壁琵甲卵和多毛宽漠甲卵的发育历期、发育起点温度和有效积温进行研究.将戈壁琵甲卵分别置于5种恒温(32、30、28、25、20℃)处理中,结果表明:其卵在20~32℃的发育速率与温度呈直线关系,卵的发育起点温度为(11.99±0.998)℃,有效积温为(129.62±8.30)日度.将多毛宽漠甲卵分别置于5种恒温(36、34、32、30、28℃)处理中,结果表明:其卵在28~36℃的发育速率与温度呈直线关系,卵的发育起点温度为(17.99±1.05)℃,有效积温为(124.58±9.19)日度.
在實驗室條件下,對戈壁琵甲卵和多毛寬漠甲卵的髮育歷期、髮育起點溫度和有效積溫進行研究.將戈壁琵甲卵分彆置于5種恆溫(32、30、28、25、20℃)處理中,結果錶明:其卵在20~32℃的髮育速率與溫度呈直線關繫,卵的髮育起點溫度為(11.99±0.998)℃,有效積溫為(129.62±8.30)日度.將多毛寬漠甲卵分彆置于5種恆溫(36、34、32、30、28℃)處理中,結果錶明:其卵在28~36℃的髮育速率與溫度呈直線關繫,卵的髮育起點溫度為(17.99±1.05)℃,有效積溫為(124.58±9.19)日度.
재실험실조건하,대과벽비갑란화다모관막갑란적발육력기、발육기점온도화유효적온진행연구.장과벽비갑란분별치우5충항온(32、30、28、25、20℃)처리중,결과표명:기란재20~32℃적발육속솔여온도정직선관계,란적발육기점온도위(11.99±0.998)℃,유효적온위(129.62±8.30)일도.장다모관막갑란분별치우5충항온(36、34、32、30、28℃)처리중,결과표명:기란재28~36℃적발육속솔여온도정직선관계,란적발육기점온도위(17.99±1.05)℃,유효적온위(124.58±9.19)일도.
The developmental duration,the developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulative temperature of eggs of Blaps gobiensis and Sternoplax (Sternotrigon) setosa setosa were studied in the laboratory. The eggs of Blaps gobiensis was studied at constant temperatures ranging from 20 ℃ to 32 ℃ (20, 25, 28, 30, 32 ℃). The results indicated that the relation between the development rate and temperature of eggs from 20 ℃ to 32 ℃ was linear. The developmental threshold temperature was (11.99±0. 998) ℃, The effective accumulative temperature Sternoplax (Sternotrigon) setosa setosa was studied at (28, 30, 32, 34, 36 ℃). The results indicated that temperature of eggs from 28 ℃ to 36 ℃ was linear. was (129. 62± 8. 30) day degree.
