Currently,aiming at the tendency of the GPS technology which is widely used in deformation monitoring as well as the characters of mining-subsidence monitoring, based on the practicality and ecnomic nature, the construction of CORS in research of ground movement because of the mining subsidence is elaborated. Practice in application of construc- tion of the CORS is tested. The reference idea for the construction and use of CORS is pro- posed.
