针对电气联网接入DCS存在的实际问题,提出发电厂电气监控管理系统的概念和技术改进措施,并根据电厂电气系统的特点和功能需求设计了电气监控管理系统的硬件系统,再根据硬件系统要求设计了由多个功能模块构成的软件平台.根据软件模块的功能,开发并组成一个完整的运行系统,从而可以提高发电厂电气自动化水平和运行管理水平.最后通过实际应用验证了该系统的科学性与可行性.
針對電氣聯網接入DCS存在的實際問題,提齣髮電廠電氣鑑控管理繫統的概唸和技術改進措施,併根據電廠電氣繫統的特點和功能需求設計瞭電氣鑑控管理繫統的硬件繫統,再根據硬件繫統要求設計瞭由多箇功能模塊構成的軟件平檯.根據軟件模塊的功能,開髮併組成一箇完整的運行繫統,從而可以提高髮電廠電氣自動化水平和運行管理水平.最後通過實際應用驗證瞭該繫統的科學性與可行性.

According to the DCS connection problem in electric network,the concept and technical improvement measures of electrical control and management system(ECMS) are presented.The hardware system of ECMS is designed on basis of the characteristics and function needs of electrical system in power plant.Then the software platform consisted of several function modules are designed based on the needs of hardware system.An integrated operation system is developed,and the electrical automation level of power plant is improved.Finally,the scientific nature and feasibility of this system are verified by practical applications.
