针对双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)包装材料,制备低热封丙烯酸乳液涂层材料.通过考察聚合工艺,调节单体比例、乳化剂、引发剂及其用量,测定乳液性能.研究结果表明:以十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)作为乳化剂,其适中的质量分数为0.5%,以质量分数为0.5%的过硫酸铵作为引发剂,软硬单体按质量比为1∶1混合,进一步加入质量分数为2%的功能性单体丙烯酸(AA),所制备的乳液稳定性较好,成膜性优异,热封强度达到2.64 N/cm,大大超过现有市场产品的性能.
針對雙嚮拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)包裝材料,製備低熱封丙烯痠乳液塗層材料.通過攷察聚閤工藝,調節單體比例、乳化劑、引髮劑及其用量,測定乳液性能.研究結果錶明:以十二烷基硫痠鈉(K12)作為乳化劑,其適中的質量分數為0.5%,以質量分數為0.5%的過硫痠銨作為引髮劑,軟硬單體按質量比為1∶1混閤,進一步加入質量分數為2%的功能性單體丙烯痠(AA),所製備的乳液穩定性較好,成膜性優異,熱封彊度達到2.64 N/cm,大大超過現有市場產品的性能.

The acylic emulsion with low heat sealing performance is synthesized for double oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) packaging materials. The effect of polymerization process, ration of monomer content, emulsifier, initiator and its content on emulsion performance are taken into account. The results are showed that: the sodium lauryl sulfate (K12) with a total mass account of 0.3% is properly used as emulsifier, ammonium persulfate with 0.5% content is used as initiator; The appropriate ration of hard and soft monomers is 1:1. By adding 2% acrylic acid (AA), the emulsion enjoys a good adhesion with BOPP, while the peel strength reached 2.64 N/cm.
