分析了高职院校基层党建工作中的主要问题,提出了加强基层党建工作求实、求精、求新的整改原则,阐明了加强党总支和党支部的班子建设、理顺关系、落实党政共同负责制、加强机制和作风建设等整改路径。

Based on an analysis of the main problems existing in the grassroots Party organization construction in higher vocational colleges,the paper proposed rectification principles of matter-of-fact,perfection and innovation to reinforce the grassroots Party organization construction.It then clarified the rectification ways as follows： to strengthen the cadre team building of general Party branch and other branches,to straighten the relationships,to implement the system of co-responsibility between the Party and the administrative,and to emphasize the building of mechanism and work style.
