Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is of huge business value. The added value of TCM products in our country is low; the export of Chinese patent medicine presents trade deficit; the business potential is far from being fully explored. Japan Han prescription, also in accordance with the theory of TCM and based on Chinese materia medica, appears to be excellent in the international market, because its quality control, business exploit, patent protection are all better than these of Chinese patent medicine. Exploring the influencing factors of TCM＇s business value from the perspective of technology, business and law will provide some references for the development of our country＇s TCM industry.
