分析了高职院校心理危机干预和校园文化建设的现状，探索校园文化建设对心理危机干预预防体系的重要作用。从而探索在高职院校的校园文化建设中如何建构有心理危机干预作用的特色文化，为学生提供和谐稳定的精神氛围，充分发挥心理危机干预早期预防的长效机制，实现高职院校学生健康、全面、和谐的发展。

This article analyses the present situation of the psychological crisis intervention and campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, in order to explore the important role of construction of campus culture on psychological crisis intervention and pre- vention system. It also explores how to construct a characteristic campus culture of higher vocational college with function of psychologi- cal crisis intervention, providing a spiritual atmosphere of harmony and stability for students and fully performing the mechanism of psy- chological crisis intervention and early prevention, to achieve a healthy, comprehensive and harmonious development for students in higher vocational colleges.
