随着高校的迁址、扩建，基建档案的重要性不断突显。我国高校基建档案目前存在认识不到位，重建轻管，忽视文件归档；缺乏有效的管理约束机制；缺少专业、专职基建档害管理员等问题。应从建立健全机制、专业人员管理、基建档案“建与管”同步、“管与用”服务等方面提高档案服务质量，加强基建档案管理。
수착고교적천지、확건，기건당안적중요성불단돌현。아국고교기건당안목전존재인식불도위，중건경관，홀시문건귀당；결핍유효적관리약속궤제；결소전업、전직기건당해관리원등문제。응종건립건전궤제、전업인원관리、기건당안“건여관”동보、“관여용”복무등방면제고당안복무질량，가강기건당안관리。
In the wake of the relocations and expansion of colleges and universities, capital construction archives are becoming increasingly important. Some problems associated with capital construction archives at colleges and universities in China arise, such as insufficient recognition of its importance, laying greater stress on construction than management, ignorance of archive filling, dearth of an efficient mechanism for management and constraint, and absence of professional and full-time archivists. Services in relation to archives should be improved in terms of building and perfecting mechanism, administration of profes- sionals, construction and management of capital construction archives, management and use, and so on, so as to strengthen the attempts of managing capital construction archives
