目的探讨眼科手术室人工晶体管理的有效方法，为人工晶体植入创造安全的使用环境。方法将“五常法”引入到眼科手术室人工晶体的管理中，对人工晶体实施“常整理、常整顿、常清洁、常规范和常自律”的“五常法”（5S）管理。结果在成功完成人工晶体植入的4618例白内障手术中，因人工晶体而导致的手术感染率为零，未发生人工晶体的污染、丢失与损坏，也未出现人工晶体的错误植入。结论“五常法”在眼科手术室人工晶体的管理中可起到规范管理流程、提高管理效率、杜绝差错的作用，是确保人工晶体植入术顺利开展的重要保障。

Objective To investigate efficient method of management of artificial lens in ophthalmic oper- ating room, and to create safe working environment for implantation of intraocular artifieial lens. Method The 5S man- agement were performed to artificial lens in ophthalmic operation room, including strueturising, systematising, sanitising, standardising and self- discipline （ Five S）. Results In the successful completion of the 4618 cases of artificial lens implantation surgery, surgical infection rate was zero and intraoeular contamination did not occur, with no loss and damage of artificial lens. Also errors in implantation of artificial lens did not occur also. Conclusion 5S management of the artificial lens might play a regulatory management process, and improve management efficiency, and eliminate errors of sur- gery in artificial lens implantation. 5S management is an important guarantee for artificial lens implantation.
