从武夷山屠宰厂和垃圾渗滤液中筛选出絮凝活性超过90%菌种2株,分别为D-3和F-4。在不同的温度、pH和絮凝剂投加量条件下,研究D-3和F-4絮凝剂对屠宰厂废水处理效果。实验结果表明:pH值为7,温度为11~23℃,絮凝剂投加量为2mL时,对屠宰厂废水的处理效果最佳,化学需氧量(COD)去除率和脱色率分别达到了75.4%和72.3%(F-4为絮凝剂)。

In this paper, D -3 and F- 4 flocculant- producing microorganism with floccula- ting activity more than 90% were screened from food factory sewage of Wuyishan and landfill leachate treatment. Treatment effects of butchery wastewater were studied by D - 3 and F - 4 as a microbial flocculant, on the condition of different temperature, pH value and flocculant dosage. The results showed that the optimal operation conditions were obtained as follows : pH 7.0, temperature 11 - 23 ℃ and flocculant dosage 2 mL. Removal rate of COD and decoloring rate of butchery wastewater by F - 4 were 75.4% and 72.3%, respectively.
