This paper researched on teenagers of the tennis tournament athletes, coaches, mode of training team In 2010 and 2011 in Shanxi Province useing the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, statistics and logic analysis, etc. Furthermore given some suggestions for the present of the current situation of the development of Shanxi Province talents, and Provided the basis for the long-term development of the youth tennis in Shanxi Province.
