中国＂新生代＂农民工已经登上了城镇化的大舞台,并成为新产业工人阶层的主体部分。但如果他们融入不了城镇,又退不回农村,城市融入生态将成为严重的社会问题。＂城市融入＂是一种空间意义上的＂融入＂,而道德融入是一种更深层次的社会层面的＂融入＂,是对城市道德属性的选择性适应。从心理行为逻辑看,我国新生代农民工好象生活在＂污名化＂且不受防护的孤岛上,在道德心理上处于＂孤岛化＂的状态,新生代农民工存在明显底层心理。这种对新生代农民工的＂污名化＂过程相当普遍地存在,严重影响其道德融入。重构新生代农民工道德融入的社会秩序成为历史的必然。

So the order reconstruction of migrant workers＇moral integration becomes a major issues.
