大学生党员发展数量的快速增长,必将对甄别大学生的入党动机和政治忠诚度提出严峻的挑战。高校各级党组织在发展大学生党员过程中,存在着偏重入党程序的机械坚持、学业成绩的简单排序、发展数量的增长空间,却忽视党员标准的科学把握、思想觉悟的准确判断和发展质量的强化坚持等问题。归根到底,学生党支部把握政治标准的信心、党务工作者把握政治标准的能力以及能够反映当代大学生政治标准的＂行为参考标准＂的缺失,是大学生党员发展过程中产生诸多问题的深层次原因。

The rapid increase of college student Party members has brought great challenges for discriminating the motivation and loyalty ofjoining the party. Party organizations at all levels in college have problems during recruiting college student party members, for example, they have a bias towards insisting rigid procedures for joining the party, simple ranking the grade of students and growing space for increasing quantity; however, they neglect to judge the requirements and political consciousness for a party member properly and ignore to improve the quality of probatio- nary party member. To sum it up, the fundamental reason for the above problems is the diffidence of student party branches to adhere to political criterion, inability of party workers to adhere to political criterion and the lack of behavior reference standards.
