在分析大区域格局发展变化的基础上，以区域视角和城市发展潜力两方面重新定位任丘，寻找其核心战略资源、明确发展方式、提出发展策略；明确未来任丘城市空间结构和总体布局，并给予重点区域和村镇发展指引和交通、生态等支撑；提出重大行动计划，指导任丘城市发展战略的有效实施。

Based on the analysis of development and change of large region structure, this article repo- sitions Renqiu from the perspective of region and the potential of urban development. It searches for the core strategic resources, defines the development mode, proposes the development strategy, and defines the spatial structure and overall arrangement of Renqiu in the future. Then it gives the development guidance for the important regions and villages, as well as the support for traffic and ecology. At last, the arti- cle puts forward the important plan to guide the implementation of Reqiu development strategy.
