The Daijiaying River flows through the west of Xiahuayuan District and flows into the Yanghe River, it has great effect on the flood control and ecological environment ot urban area. Aiming at the treatment of the Daijiaying River in urban area, the paper proposes the treatment scheme based on the condition of hydroclimate and engineering geology, and demonstrates the feasibility of the treatment scheme.
