合成了β-环糊精-环氧氯丙烷交联聚合物和纤维素负裁萨环糊精聚合物,并通过薄层色谱研究了它们对绿茶提取物中咖啡因和儿茶素多酚的吸附性能.结果表明:两种聚合物都可以快速吸附儿茶素,但几乎不吸附咖啡因,因此,它们可以作为绿茶提取物脱咖啡因的吸附材料.而且。它们对儿茶素类物质也表现出一定的吸附选择性:对酯型儿茶素比对非酯型儿茶素的选择性更高些.

Two β-cyclodextrin polymers,β-cyclodextrin-epichlorohydrin polymer and β-cyclodextrin grafted cellulose, were prepared. Their adsorption behaviors for catechins and caffeine from green tea extract were investigated by thin-layer chromatography. The results show that both polymers could rapidly adsorb catechins, but they had no adsorption for caffeine. Hence both of them could be used for decaffeination of green tea extract. They also showed higher selectivity for gallate-type catechins than for non-gallate-type catechin.
